Stars are defined as any of the heavenly bodies, except the moon, appearing as fixed luminous points in the sky at night.
We can learn a thing or two from the stars where overwhelming situations are concerned. Despite the consuming nature of the darkness, the stars never cease to pierce through radiating light. We can apply this method to our daily lives by taking the focus off of our challenges and instead appreciate the blessings; bearing in mind that the darkness doesn’t last, it always gives way to the light.
“I will love the light for it shows me the way. Yet I will endure the darkness for it shows me the stars.” Og
“I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night.” Galileo Galilei
“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
“I think that we are like stars. Something happens to burst us open; but when we burst open and think we are dying; we’re actually turning into a supernova. And then when we look at ourselves again, we see that we’re suddenly more beautiful than we ever were before!” C. JoyBell C.
